Overview
With a Master of Social Work, I guide my clinical practice using psychodynamic perspective. This modality explores unconscious influences and early developmental experiences to illuminate current emotional patterns and foster lasting transformation. I am deeply committed to the belief that every individual has an innate capacity for recovery and self-discovery when supported within a nurturing, non-judgmental environment. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Psychoanalytic Clinical Social Work to further my expertise in depth-oriented therapy.

More about me...

In the past, IÂ have worked in public agencies, community non-profit organizations and for public school districts supporting adults, children and teens. My primary practice is at The Process Therapy Institute, a non-profit mental health clinic and therapist training program. I also work part-time for Five Keys Schools and Programs as a school-based counselor supporting transitional-aged youth seeking their high school diplomas or GED.Â
Â
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family that include my two children and fur babies. Our best times are at family camp where we unplug and appreciate being with nature. Enjoying good food with close friends is part of my regular self-care. On m own, I enjoy reading and listening to non-fiction books. I also love a good scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam.Â
